Pharmacy Weight Loss Gillingham is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Gillingham, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medicine services to eligible patients.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate and honest medical consultation prior to any prescription being issued. Our clinical team reserves the right to decline a prescription if it is determined that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
You must not use our services if you have provided false or misleading information during your consultation. Doing so may constitute a criminal offence and could result in serious harm to your health.
All prescription medicines supplied through Pharmacy Weight Loss Gillingham are issued only following a thorough online consultation reviewed and approved by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be provided. We may request additional information or recommend alternative care where necessary.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within the UK and in accordance with applicable UK medicines legislation.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details. A payment is only taken once your order has been submitted. If your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier's timescales and are not guaranteed by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your order dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and regulatory reasons, in accordance with UK medicines legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
